This is a unique experience to stay on a boat on dry land! Set amidst acres of quiet countryside on a working stud farm, The Boat has been lovingly restored to a very high standard equipped with everything you need. The private hot tub is totally secluded and is as far away from anyone else as it gets! The Boat is ideally situated to explore all that Norfolk has to offer.
Dogs are more than welcome.

The space
The Boat is very spacious, comprising of an open plan kitchen/diner with a wood burner. The bedroom area has a king sized bed with a smart tv on the wall and can be separated from the kitchen area with a curtain. The wet room is at the back of the Boat and has a shower, loo and basin. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided as well as fresh milk, orange juice, a bottle of wine and crisps and biscuits along with bath robes and crocs for getting to and from the hot tub!
Outside there is a large table and chairs and separate seating areas in the wood – in the summer months there are two double hammocks slung between the trees for you to enjoy the peace and quiet with a good book and a cold glass of something! There is a large gas barbecue and a fire pit with a plentiful supply of logs.
The private hot tub (included in the price) affords you unspoilt views of the countryside and is totally secluded – the perfect place to relax, unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life!
