For greatest flexibility, 1 downstairs bedroom is laid out with 2 x single beds for easy access for someone that would struggle with climbing stairs. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, 2 are laid out with super king size beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed.
The house has a downstairs bathroom with wet room & WC, and an upstairs family bathroom with a bath and a shower over the bath. The overall design of the property, along with our décor, provides a light and spacious feel that is comfortable and uncluttered. There is a fully equipped kitchen dining area complete with dishwasher, washing machine with and a separate tumble dryer, and all the other essentials, cookware and crockery you would expect. The lounge provides a comfortable heart of the property, complete with Smart TV, and 2 X leather sofas and a double patio door to the pergola and the garden. There is good quality free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Also off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles on the drive and on-street parking is allowed.
