Day-to-day amenities are within walking distance. There is a convenience store a few minutes’ walk away, and a 24-hour Tesco Express next to Ashford Hospital around a kilometre away. Stanwell village has a small parade of shops and a couple of pubs. Staines town centre is a 10-minute drive and has the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre, the Two Rivers retail park, and a wide spread of independent restaurants – Mexican, Italian, Indian, Greek, Japanese and Turkish all within a short walk of each other along the High Street.”
